We are committed to providing high-quality coaching and transformational experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our refund policy:

✅ 1:1 Coaching Sessions

• No refunds for completed sessions.
• Rescheduling requires at least 24-48 hours’ notice.
• If canceling before starting, a 90% refund is issued (10% admin fee).

✅ Group Coaching Programs

• No refunds once the program starts.
• If withdrawing before the start date, a 50-75% refund may apply.
• In special cases (e.g., medical emergencies), credit may be issued for future programs.

✅ Self-Paced/Digital Coaching Courses

• All sales are final once materials are accessed.
• Refunds are only issued if a technical issue prevents access.
